For the decision rule: n=68, C=2:

The exact calculation for an attribute plan uses the binomial distribution.

n=68, C=2 has a producers point of: alpha=0.05, AQL=0.01213 fraction defective (1.213% defective). Alpha is the risk of rejecting a lot if its fraction defective=AQL

n=68, C=2 has a consumer's point of: beta=0.05, RQL=0.089704 fraction defective (8.9704% defective). Beta is the risk of accepting a lot if its fraction defective=RQL
